Oil companies and forwarders are faced with the problem that the amount of product (liter, weight, quality) that has been loaded does not always arrive in the same amount and/or quality at the petrol station or other unloading points.
SECU Truck Control, the stand-alone anti-theft system (SPD), can be used to manage up to 64+4 inputs and 40+2 outputs, so that the customer can be certain that the product will not be manipulated during transport. In addition SECU Truck Control offers up to 16 analogue inputs and up to 8 analogue outputs, which can be used for example for level gauging or pressure measurements.
When using SECU Truck Control, live tracking and geo-fencing with email alerts, the customer has a useful tool on hand to fully control his entire logistics chain. Everything is supported by a user-friendly data management program SECU-App.
The SECU Truck Control has a modular design and is suitable for use in EX and non-EX zones, whereby the system itself must be located in a protected area.
SECU Truck Control includes:
Data to be sent:
It offers the customer:
The system can use a variety of sensors on the tanker-truck to detect and evaluate additional information about the activities on the vehicle, such as man-lid sensors, API sensors, bottom valve sensors, instrument box sensors, etc. The tanker is equipped with a modem which sends out immediate emails in case of unauthorized access. The system works with geo-fencing and map data. With this equipment, it is also possible to allow the customer coded discharges. The SIM card for the modem is integrated by the customer.
Secu-Tech offers different kinds of Sensors to connect to different Theft Control Systems from own production (SECU Truck Control and SECU MultiTank SPD) but also for other applications and customer product connections.
Secu-Tech offers Tilt Sensors to detect position or inclination, which are for example used for all kinds of man-lids, even and a lot for retrofit purposes. The Inclination Sensors have a Namur interface to recognize every manipulation.
Other Tilt Sensors are used for control of instrument boxes on every kind of tanker-trucks, whereas these are equipped with a special developed lock-mechanism.
For controlling API Couplings Secu-Tech offers Wet-Leg-Sensors as well as Proximity Sensors.
Valve Boxes with Namur interface, which includes pressure switches for bottom valves as well as magnet-valves to keep the system safe from manipulation, whereas the output lines are retrofitted with copper, round off the tamper-proof solutions.
Due to many years of experience in the use of our SECU MultiTank- and Theft Control Systems on tanker-trucks we are familiar with the various manipulations on the systems during the operation and to avoid these, is of very big importance to us.
Tampering attempts can be detected through the use of special seals to protect against manipulation in the tanker-truck.
SECU ValveBox - for tamper-proof controlling and monitoring of valves on tanker-trucks (for example: bottom- and collector valves).
The Theft Control (SPD) System from the tanker truck (for example SECU MultiTank) can control and monitor all switching functions from the bottom- and collector valves tamper-proof.
The SECU ValveBox has a closed cover, free access to the solenoid valves and pressure switches, to the electronic circuit and the power-and pneumatic air connections is no longer possible.
The electronic circuit of the SECU ValveBox supplies the status of the pressure switches via NAMUR signal to the control system from the tanker truck.
Oil companies and forwarders are faced with the problem that the amount of product (liter, weight, quality) that has been loaded does not always arrive in the same amount and/or quality at the petrol station or other unloading points.
SECU MultiTank can be used as an SPD System, in that way the customer can be sure that the product will not be manipulated during transport. SECU MultiTank can be extended to an anti-theft system with an SPD module.
Using sealed parcel delivery, live tracking and geo-fencing with email alerts, customers have a useful tool to fully control their entire logistics chain. Everything is supported by a user-friendly data management program.
The SECU MultiTank SPD System can monitor up to 48 sensors.
